Add the melted butter then continue mixing.
Pour the milk gradually and combine, much easier to knead into the dough if you use your hands.
Transfer the dough onto parchment paper and flatten with a rolling pin.
Cut the excess and form a rectangle.
Add cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Spread half of the mixture on top of the dough.
Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Decorate as you like using the leftover mixture and garnish with some candied cherries and mint leaves.
you might also use desiccated coconut, shredded dark chocolate, or chopped nuts as garnish.
