Prepare all of the necessary ingredients.

Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to form four steaks in total from the 1 pound breasts.
Season with salt and pepper to taste on both sides of the dish.
Blend 3 1/2 tablespoons, reserving approximately 1 tablespoon for later.

Cook the opposite side of the chicken for 1 minute after flipping it over.
Reduce the heat to medium-high, but keep it there.
Once the butter has melted, give the garlic a quick stir.

Serve warm for yourself or the rest of your family.
