This 2-ingredient meal prepped salsa chicken is an easy way to make taco night more fun.

Directions:
Prepare all the needed ingredients and measure as stated in the list above.
Once ready, shred between two forks prior to serving.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once ready, add in 1 cup of chopped cilantro.
Stir to combine and turn off the heat.

Assemble the dish by placing the cauliflower rice in the serving bowls as the base.
Then, top it with the shredded salsa chicken.
Serve and share with your family and friends.
This recipe is best enjoyed with other people.
