Directions:

Prepare all the needed ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Blend 1 cup of Goya Palmeritas or any preferred cookies in a food processor.

In a mixing bowl, combine the finely crushed Goya Palmeritas with 212tbsp of melted unsalted buttercream.

Mix thoroughly until clumpy.

Line cupcake liners in a cupcake pan and add12to 2 tbsp of the cookie mixture to each cupcake liner.

Smash the cookie mixture flat in the cupcake liner with a small cup.

Place them in the oven to bake for 6-7 minutes at 350F.

Once the cookies are cooled, add about 1-2 tbsp of the cheesecake batter.
