Cook them, turning frequently for about 4 to 5 minutes until they are browned.
After cooking, slice the sausages into 3cm pieces.
Next, add another tablespoon of oil to the same pan, then add the chopped onion.

Saute it until soft, then add chopped 1 long red chili.
Saute for a minute, then add 1 can of diced tomatoes followed by the potatoes and sausages.
Stir all together well to combine, then simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.

After 8 minutes, add the frozen peas and cook for another minute.
