verify you blend out any chunks of strawberry that might remain in the mixture.
Mix the gelatin thoroughly, till it is evenly blended throughout the puree.

Step Three
Add the powdered sugar into the bowl.
Put the mixture into a pot on the stove and bring it to a simmer.
Step Four
As the mixture cools, use a hand mixer to beat it.
It should form a whipped consistency.

Pour the strawberry mixture into the pan with parchment paper.
Spread it out evenly across the pan.
