Spray your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer the bottom with a half portion of the sliced bread.

Crack the eggs in a bowl then add milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Mix until well combined then pour half of it onto the bread.
Layer the remaining bread, then pour the rest of the mixture, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Bake it at 350F for about 25 minutes.
Gently spread some softened cream cheese on top then serve.

Cut English muffins and ham into bite-size pieces.

Spray your baking dish then put the broccoli, muffin, and ham.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese then gently incorporate.
Bake at 375F for about 45 minutes.
Wash the potatoes well if you would like to cook them with their skin on.
Put it in a large pot, add water, then boil or pressure cook for around 20 minutes.
Once done, drain the water and start mashing the potatoes.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or up until the cheese has melted.
