This perfect combination of veggies and chicken in a skillet pan will make your mealtime instantly special.
Set the sauce mixture aside.
Cut the chicken into small bite-sized pieces or not more than 34-inch thick, then season it with pepper.

Then, stir and fry it for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove and transfer to a bowl and loosely cover to keep warm.
Saute them for about 3 minutes or until the mushrooms are softened and the broccoli florets are crisp-tender.

Reduce the heat to about medium or low setting.
Stir the sauce mixture once more before pouring it all over the veggies.
Bring it to a simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Add more soy sauce to taste if needed, then serve over hot rice.
