Slice the bell pepper and carrots into thin strips, then add them to a large bowl.
Cut the broccoli and add only 1 cup of it into the mixing bowl as well.
Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and set them aside as well.

Once done, transfer the chicken to a plate.
