Next, peel the four bananas and cut them into small slices.
Then put the bananas, eggs, and milk in the food processor or blender.

Blend all the ingredients well.

In a saucepan, add 8 tablespoons of sugar.
Then melt over low heat.
Wait until the sugar is caramelized.
Once done, pour on the bottom of a pot.

Let the water boil.
Once the water is hot, put the pot with the mixture on top.

After its cooked, let it cool completely and remove it from the pot using a plate.
