I love eating eggs and trying out different dishes with them for my breakfast.

I always opt for a savory taste and have never tried a sweet one before.

Add two teaspoons of sugar to the yolks and another 2 teaspoons to the whites.

Then add a pinch of salt to the whites.

Step 2:

Whip the egg whites until it has a fluffy texture using a hand mixer.

It should hold its shape against gravity.

Next, whisk the yolks.

Step 3:

Place a pan over low heat and spread some butter or oil.

Pour the beaten yolks and fry.

Once it forms a little bit, put the whisked egg whites on top.

Spread it and form a dome-like shape using a spatula.

Place the lid and let it cook until it rises.

Slowly scrape the edges of the omelet on the pan using a spatula.

Place one half on the other.

Slice in pieces then serve.
