Beat the mixture using a hand mixer or stand mixer until it becomes foamy and light.

Step 3:
Add the vanilla extract into the mixture and mix again.
Once done, gently mix the flour into the mixture using a whisk until well combined.
Then use a spatula to fold the mixture.

Step 5:
Line the bottom of the 6-inch pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture.
Remove the bubble from the batter by using a stick or toothpick and mixing it around.
Or you’ve got the option to also thump it on the table twice to remove the air.
Step 7:
Once done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.
Once cooled, use a knife or an offset spatula to remove the cake from the pan.
Transfer to a plate and remove the parchment paper.
