Wind-relieving pose
This pose helps to relieve the entire spine, especially the lower back and thighs.
This also regulates the work of the intestine.

Instructions:
Lie on your back and relax.
Bend your knees, then reach your hand forward on the inhale and wrap it around your knees.
On the exhale, hug your knees and press them to your stomach.

Stay in this position for 8 to 10 breaths about 1 minute.
Feet on the wall
This position rests your legs and back.
It allows your lungs to be filled with oxygen.
Next, lift your feet to the wall and spread your arms to the sides.
Relax and breathe calmly.
Stay in this position for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Wave exercises
Step 1:
Lie on your back and place rolled towels under your neck and waist.
