Place it in a pressure cooker then add water.
The water must be 1 inch above the tin can.
end the cooker and keep on medium heat.

After 1 whistle, turn the heat to low then cook for 25 minutes.
Release the pressure completely then bring up the lid.
Use a tong to remove the can, as its still very hot.

Set it aside to let it cool completely.

Once done, transfer to a baking dish then spread evenly on the bottom.
Press it down gently using a spoon.

Beat using a poon for a spreadable consistency.
Once done, add the toffee to the crust and spread evenly.

Put the whipped cream on top then spread evenly.
