Mix all ingredients until the dough comes together using a fork.
Step 2:
Spread the oat mixture on a lined 8 by 8 inch baking pan.
Press the corners with your fingers.

Step 3:
Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Once done, let it cool until you make the lemon filling.
Mix until well combined.

Step 5:
Pour the egg mixture onto the oatmeal crust and thump to remove voids.
