One of the most comforting dishes that I always cook at home is pasta.
I love experimenting with different sauces.
Luckily, I have all that is needed.

It turned out so good!
I didnt expect that this simple recipe can have a depth of flavor.
It also has a kick of spiciness from the chili flakes making this pasta even more fantastic.

Watch the video below for the full instructions.
Cook the pasta for 9-11 minutes until al-dente.

Once cooked, take some pasta water and strain it.
Place a pan over low heat and pour 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Add in the garlic immediately after you put in the olive oil to not burn the garlic.
While its simmering, chop the flat-leaf parsley into fine pieces.
Add a teaspoon of dried chili flakes into the pan.
Once the garlic becomes slightly brown remove it from heat.
Toss all of the ingredients together.
If its a bit dry, you’re able to add some pasta water.
Add more parmesan cheese if needed.
