Cut the bread into circles using a 4cm cutter.
Put the circles on a tray.

Brush some oil on the bread circles.

Take out the square cutter measuring 44 cm.
Use square molds as well.
Cut the dough using the square cutter.
Place the square dough into the molds, forming flowerlike puff pastries.
Get the egg yolk and brush the egg yolk on the ends of the dough.
This is optional and is only done to give the pastry a golden color.
Then bake the pastry in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
Take out the bread circles from the oven.
Then the puff pastries should follow.
