Mix well using a spatula.
On a baking sheet, place each onion ring.
Fill in each ring with the jalapeno mixture using a spoon and let it freeze.
Coat each jalapeno onion ring in flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned panko breadcrumbs.
When finished coating, deep fry each jalapeno onion ring until golden brown.
Pour the meatball mixture onto a baking sheet and shape it into a ring.
Grill for 5 minutes.
Prepare 1 kg puff pastry and shape it into a ring with mozzarella.
Place the grilled meatball mixture on top and add another layer of mozzarella on top.
Brush some egg wash on the puff pastry and cover everything with another puff pastry.
Secure edges with a forks tips to add decoration.
Brush on a layer of egg wash.
Bake at 200C/400F for 35 minutes.
