Prepare all the needed ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Slice the chicken into four parts that are 56 oz each.

With a meat mallet, pound the chicken to tenderize it until it is 1 inch thick.
Once the chicken is ready, place it in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
Place the dish in the oven at 350 F to bake for 2025 minutes.
Return the dish to the oven to cook for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
