Season with some kosher salt and black pepper.
To fluff up your egg, add 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
Next, add 1 tsp dry oregano, 1 tsp sweet paprika, and 1/4 tsp nutmeg.

Whisk it all together.
Tear 3 slices of bread into pieces, then add them to the mixture.
After this, mix it all thoroughly and nicely.

Add the sliced bell peppers into the mixture.
Oil your casserole dish with a good amount of extra virgin olive oil using a brush.
Transfer the mixture onto the casserole dish, making sure the bell peppers are on top.
Place the casserole in the oven and bake it at 375 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
