This punch in of quilt was new to me and I was really fascinated by how she make it.
It definitely does look like little tongues, right?
The technique she uses is called Free Motion Quilting.
Why such a weird name for this quilt?
She said its a way for her to remember her quilts!
I just love the contrasting black fabric with the white stitching.
It really makes the free motion design pop.
