I have been loving butterflies lately, so I wanted to make a quilt with this theme.
Luckily, I found this beginner-friendly butterfly scrap quilt block byMostly Quiltson Youtube that I adore so much!
I just love the colors and simplicity of this pattern, so I decided to share it with you.

Put them right sides together.

Do the same for the 2 pieces of 5 squares.
Step 2:
Take a ruler and a pencil.
Make a diagonal line from the top left corner to the right bottom corner on the 5 square.

Flip it over and draw a diagonal again.
Do the same for the small block pairs.
Next, cut them on the pencil line.
Get the 2 remaining D squares and cut them the same size as these sewn small squares.
Step 4:
Its time to assemble them.
Take the two big squares and place them mirroring each other.
Step 5:
Sew them together.
Start with sewing the middle fabric pieces and then the sides.
Cut the excess on the sides and you are done.
you’ve got the option to add a border to your block if you want.
