Potatoes are good on their own whether fried, baked, or boiled.

They are delicious and super easy to make.
Dip them in sour cream or any sauce you prefer, or serve with salad.

After that, transfer them to a baking sheet, then brush them with oil and salt.
Bake them for about 45 minutes or until tender.
Step 2:
While the potatoes are baking, prepare the filling.

Finely dice the 4 cloves of garlic, then cut the onions into small cubes.
Next, slice the pepper and parsley and cut the ham into small pieces.
Scoop the inside out of each half leaving about 1/4 inch shell of potatoes flesh and skin.
Place the scooped-out potatoes in a bowl or container, then mash them.
Step 4:
Place a large frying pan over medium heat, then add some oil.
Once the oil is hot, saute the garlic and onion for about 3 minutes or until soft.
Stir in the sliced ham.
Next, add the red bell pepper, and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes.
Step 5:
Add the mixture to the mashed potatoes and combine well.
After that, sprinkle some cheese on top.
Bake them in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes until the potatoes are slightly brown.
Step 7:
Serve the potatoes with your favorite dipping sauce or sour cream.
