I scrolled through the channel and found this coffee-flavored cake.
Im so excited to serve this on Christmas, I hope you are too!
Sift all-purpose flour onto the cake mixture then whisk until well-combined.

Gradually add this onto the egg mixture then gently fold and mix well.
Prepare a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper.
Pour the sponge cake batter onto the sheet and spread evenly.

Bake it in a preheated 180C (356F) for about 10 minutes.
Let it cool down and set aside.
In a bowl, combine 3 yolks, add sugar then whisk before sifting all-purpose flour and continue mixing.

Bring it to a boil and stir quickly while slowly pouring the egg mixture onto it.
Remove it from the heat but keep stirring for 1 more minute.
Transfer it onto a bowl, cover with cling wrap then chill for about an hour.
In a separate pot, start mixing the coffee syrup by simply boiling water, coffee, and sugar.
Layer with coffee cream then cut the cake into 4 pieces.
Roll one strip, then continue where it ends with another cake strip until youve used up all four.
