Next, get the cabbage and slice it in half.
For this recipe, you will only use a half.
Using the same grater, shred the cabbage into small pieces.
Then dice the white onion.
In a bowl, add the shredded carrots and cabbage and the diced onion.
Mix all the ingredients well using a spatula.
Then squeeze half of a lemon.
Next, put 1 spoon of sugar, ground black pepper, and salt into the vegetable mixture.
Taste the salad, and put some more seasonings if needed.
