As for me, one thing that shouldnt be missing every Christmas would be chocolate truffles.
Dont worry, its not as hard to make as you think.

Place the bowl on top of another bowl filled with hot water and stir the chocolate until completely melted.
Cover it with plastic wrap and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
After chilling the mixture, roll and smoothen it out with your palm.

Step 3:
Cut the sweet chocolate into pieces then melt using the same process above.
Drizzle and design with white chocolate then garnish with chopped pistachio.
you’re free to switch the color by dipping the truffles in white chocolate instead.
