Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper.
Wrap it tightly in the aluminum foil and place it in a 400-degree F oven for about 40 minutes.

From the buttermilk, put the chicken tenders into the seasoned flour.
ensure they are well coated and place them on a plate.
Heat the oil over 350 degrees then drop the chicken tenders.
Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
Then dip into garlic parm sauce.
Cut into slices and place on top of your pasta.
