Separate the rings into individual rings.
Next, in the first bowl, add 1 cup of milk and 1 tbsp of white vinegar.
Mix it and let it sit for five minutes.

After 5 minutes, add 1/2 cup of sour cream and whisk them together.
Whisk together until well combined.
(check that to coat well the onion ring.)

After this, dip the onion ring again into the milk mixture and then back into the flour mixture.
Repeat this process to the remaining onion rings.
Add enough oil to the pot for deep frying.
Add a layer of onion rings when the oil is finally hot.
Cook each onion rings for about three minutes, flipping halfway, and fry until the exterior is crisp.
After this, transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate.
Whisk together until well combined.
