Prepare all the needed ingredients as stated in the list above.
Cook the sausages over medium-high heat in a medium non-stick skillet.
Break up the sausages into small bits as they cook, until cooked through, about 56 minutes.

Add the chopped onions and minced garlic.

Once cooked through, transfer it to the slow cooker.

Add the chopped bell peppers, crushed tomatoes, rosemary, and freshly cracked pepper.
Cover the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on low heat.
To prepare the garlic bread slices, place 6 slices of the bread on a sheet pan.

Then, spray some olive oil and sprinkle some Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese on each side.
double-check to keep an eye on the bread for 3-5 minutes.
