These deep fried cheesecake stuffed chocolate covered strawberries are the perfect dessert you probably never knew existed.
Until recently, my all time favorite Valentines Day treat was easily chocolate covered strawberries.
When I popped the first one in my mouth, my expectations were greatly exceeded.
The next day I rushed to the store and gathered my ingredients for a batch of my own.
Then use a spoon to hollow out the strawberries before filling them with the cream cheese.
After the batter is created, dip and coat the strawberries in the mix.
Step 3:
Deep fry the strawberries in oil for 2-3 minutes.
Let cool and coat with powdered sugar.
