Step Two
Spray your cake pan with cooking spray to keep the batter from sticking.
Pour the batter into your 913 baking dish and smooth it out.

Bake the cake according to your box cake mix.
Once it is all combined, add in 3/4 cup of granulated sugar.
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, and 1/2 a cup of evaporated milk.

Mix this all together till you get a creamy consistency.
Evenly spread the filling across the cake.
Pour it onto your cake and spread it.
