Vase 1

Paint the vase with black spray paint.

Once dry, using a paper towel, spread the brown dixie belle mud into the vase.

First, spread it horizontally in a light layer.

Then dab the mud into the top for a more random and abstract texture.

Next, dab the chalk paint in random spots using a damp paper towel.

Once dry, seal with a matte clear sealer.

Place the dry reeds.

Once it dries, it will become white.

Next, using your brush and chalk paint, add a base layer to the vase.

Let it dry, then dab bits of shades truffle and fawn using a paper towel.

Lastly, spray some sealer.

Vase 3

Spray with black spray paint.

Mix fawn chalk paint with baking soda, then brush it into the vase.

Vase 4

Mix chalk paint in the shade of fawn and baking soda on a paper plate.

Give the vase a thick layer of the mixture using a brush.

Next, blend the 3 chalk paint colors into the vase with a paper towel.

Let it dry, then pat some pixie mud on the planter.
