All you will have to buy is some birdseed to fill up the bird feeder.
These would also make great chicken feeders if you wanted to hang them in a coop.
Burn the holes between the creases in the bottom.
You could even use an Exacto knife to cut the holes if you dont have a wood-burning tool.

Step Two
Attach the bottle you just cut holes into, to your plate.
Use hot glue to do this.
Just glue a circle of hot glue in the center of the plate and sit the bottle onto it.
Try using some E-6000 glue instead of hot glue to make the bottle stick to the plate for longer.
Step Three
Fill the bottle with birdseed.
It is best if you use a funnel to do this.
The seed will automatically fall out of the bottle if the holes were properly cut.
This feeder can be easily cleaned with a garden hose.
