Wrap one template around your hand and measure how long you need.
(Cut the other template also with this measurement.)
Trace out the two templates in an interfacing fabric, then cut it out.
Fold the edges and continue to iron them.
Draw a line on the edges, then sew this line on the sewing machine.
After this, cut the excess fabric.
Turn the fabric inside out, then iron it.
(verify that it’s possible for you to slide the template inside the fabric.)
