Leave the center of the metal containers unpainted.
You dont want it to be completely covered as you want an unfinished look.
Let it dry for the first coat.
Once dry, give them another coat.
Step 2:
Get the garden stake and cut behind the swirls using your wire cutter.
Then cut off the flower.
Bend it in half using pliers.
The top part should line up.
Put some hot glue on the top part and wrap with jute twine.
Step 5:
Poke the end of the garden stake on one end and add the flowers.
Arrange them how you want them to look.
Step 7:
Using the jute twine, add some rims to the wheels.
Attach them using hot glue.
