Then remove about an inch of the outer circle and begin taping the entire circle together.
Wrap both the inside and outside in string.
you might attach the lace ribbon in this step as well.
Step Seven
Place three pieces of wire into some felt and hot glue it together.
This creates the illusion of flowers being poured out of the teacup into the saucer.
