First, cut the deco mesh at 10 inches.
verify to skip a couple of inches apart when adding more, but add only 5 pipe cleaners first.
Then, youre ready to add the deco mesh.
Lay the mesh and fold it diagonally from the top left corner down.
Start walking your fingers from the bottle and pinch it up until it makes an umbrella shape.
After, take the umbrella and add it to your first pipe cleaner by twisting it down.
