Screw them, two from each side, to attach together.
This will be the front of the bar.
Next, grab another pallet and cut it in the middle.
Attach this on both sides connecting it to the front of the bar by putting screws.
double-check that the sides are leveled to the front of the bar.
For the bar top, grab a scaffold board.
Cut the board according to the measurement of the bar.

Step 2
After cutting the board, paint it with some outdoor garden paint.
While waiting for the paint to dry up, install some brackets to the bar.
After this, you might attach the bar top in place.
Place a couple more shelves on each side using pallet boards.
