First, line up the fabric.
Before lining up the fabric, verify to trim off any selvage of both fleece pieces.
Line up the two fleeces together with the right side facing outwards.
Next, pin the two fleece together to help keep them in place.
Then, cut out 5 strips, 1 wide along the four sides of the fleece.
Lastly, just tie knots of opposite fringe together in a knot by looping it through and pushing upwards.
