I started by downloading the simple pattern, then tracing it and cutting it out.
Then you just cut out the flower detail in your new free pattern download.
Then you just add you quilted flower detail and sew on with a blind stitch.
Then sew in your lining and interfacing.
Then you just continue following the instructions in the free pattern which describes how to assemble the whole bag.
It is a gorgeous purse and I hope everyone loves it as much as I do!
