Cut the onions into thin slices.

After the oil is heated, add the sliced potatoes and stir them.
Add the onions after and just keep stirring them.
Mix them well to combine.

Next, take 1/4 cup of chicken broth and add it to the side of the skillet.
After adding the chicken broth, give it a toss, then cover it.
Allow the potatoes to be cooked for about 5 minutes on low.

After 5 minutes, transfer it to a plate and serve.
