Next, chop 1/2 cup of white onion and mince 2 tbsp of garlic.
Grab some fresh rosemary, remove the leaves from the stems, and then chop.

After this, melt 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped mushroom stems, onion, and season with a pinch of salt.
Cook until the onions smell sweet and are soft.

Stir in the garlic and rosemary and cook until fragrant.
Transfer this to a bowl, then add 3 tbsp of breadcrumbs into the skillet.

When the breadcrumbs look lightly toasted, transfer them to a bowl.
Next, grate 2 oz of cheese (white cheddar, mozzarella, or swiss.)
Add the cheese to the mushroom mixture and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the toasted bread crumbs on top.
Serve it with some fresh chopped parsley or chives.
