This cake is super easy and delicious to make!

Put sugar, unsweetened chocolate, butter, and 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
Turn the heat to medium and stir occasionally until all ingredients are melted and blended.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

Step 2:
Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Get a small bowl and stir together the vinegar and milk.
Then grease and flour a 9-inch tube pan.
Next, add the dry ingredients (be sure to not overmix).
When the mixture is smooth, add the vanilla and whisk once or twice.
Pour the batter into the tube pan and bake on the middle rack for 30-35 minutes.
After baking, remove it from the pan and let it cool on a rack.
Step 4:
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler and let cool to room temperature.
Stir in the sour cream, 1/4 cup at a time, until it has a smooth texture.
Lay the top layer, top-side-down to a cake plate.
Spread the icing, then top with the bottom layer, setting the bottom side up.
This will give a straighter edge.
Now, ice the top, sides, and center.
Now you are done!
