Bake in a preheated oven at 356 F for 20 to 22 minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Take it out from the tray and roll it while its warm.
Step 9:
Make the whipped cream.
In a mixing bowl, combine whipping cream, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
Beat until stiff peaks.
Step 10:
launch the rolled cake, and spread the whipped cream.
Gently roll the cake.
Step 11:
In a bowl, combine the dark chocolate and hot milk.
Mix until the chocolate is melted.
Pour the chocolate mixture on top.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chocolate balls and whipped cream.
