Whisk together and let it sit uncovered for seven minutes or until the yeast is foamy on top.

Whisk all together until well blended, then gradually whisk in the first 2 cups of flour.
Continue mixing the dough in the stand mixer for 10 minutes.
When the dough is ready, transfer it to a large greased bowl and coat it with oil.
