Take about 10 coffee filters and dip them into the water.

Draw out a pattern to cut the filters with.

Cut and draw the pattern out onto a blank coffee filter.
Use hot glue to attach the initial filters to the stem.
Continue this step until youve created the number of flower petals you would like on your flower.
