Cut out a 26 in.

wide and 4.7 in.
long piece of fabric.
Fold it in half and put some clips to the opening edge.

Sew this part in the sewing machine.
Secure the openings on top with pins.
After this, flip the scrunchie inside out by pulling the fabric in the gap.

Next, cut a 6.7 in.
long elastic band, then put a safety pin in one of the ends.
Place the safety pin with the elastic band into the gap on the scrunchie, then carry it across.
Tie the elastic band and cut the excess.
Your scrunchie is now ready!
