Spray paint the tires with blue or any color you want.

Insert the end of your rope through one of the holes, then make a knot, and pull.
Repeat this process until you have a total of 8 vertical lines.

Pivot your rope, then start threading the rope through horizontally.
Weave the rope through the first layer of lines until you have a total of 8 horizontal lines.
