Whisk all ingredients together until you get a thick mixture.
To make the mixing faster, use a handheld whisk.

Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture onto the tray.

Once done, remove from the oven and place on a rack to completely cool.

Melt the chocolate in a bowl.
