Pin in place and flip it over then press lightly with an iron.
When the folded bottom edges are even, sew it with a 1/4 topstitch.
Repeat on the other side.
Sew on top of the stitch to hold in place(optional).
With a 1/2 seam allowance, stitch across back tacking from start to finish.
Repeat on the other side.
To use, hang with the band at the back then place the towel through the loop and pull.
